What services do you offer?

Chasing Miles Travel provides Notion templates, digital planners, and concierge services to help travelers stay organized, or to de-stress the entire planning process entirely. We create pre-planned itineraries for a grab-and-go experience. For those wanting a more tailored experience, our Concierge Services will be created just for you. Want to do it all yourself, but not sure how to plan? The Notion Travel Planner is for you. It is a complete system encompassing everything you need to plan, organize and retain important memories.

Is The Ultimate Travel Planner and Pre-Planned PDF Itineraries refundable?

No, all digital products (Notion templates and PDFs) are final sale and non-refundable due to their instant download nature. You can view our refund policy in our Terms & Conditions.

Can I get a refund on Concierge Services?

Refunds for concierge services are available ONLY if the itinerary has not yet begun. A confirmation email will be sent when we start creating your custom template, after which no refunds will be issued. If you cancel before the confirmation email, or during the information gathering process, you are eligible for a full refund. You can view our refund policy in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I access my Ultimate Travel Planner (Notion) template after purchase?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a PDF file with a Notion link. Click the link, then select "Duplicate" in the top-right corner of Notion to add it to your workspace. It is fully customizable. Add, remove and modify information we’ve already created, or add and delete to create your own items and pages.

Do I need a paid Notion plan to use the templates?

No, all of our templates work with Notion’s free plan. However, if you need advanced features like team collaboration and larger file uploads, a Notion Plus or Business plan may be beneficial.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties accessing my files?

If you have trouble downloading or accessing your Notion template or pre-planned PDF, please contact us, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible to provide your PDF, or Notion Link. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Notion account and that your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, we can provide an alternative link or troubleshooting guidance.
